Celebrating Our Wins: How a Small Team Achieved Big Success in 2023
As we wrap up another year, we can't help but feel a tremendous sense of pride and accomplishment here at AMAR CREATIVE HOUSE. Despite being a small team of just three people, and sometimes even just one, we've achieved remarkable results in 2023. This blog post is not only a celebration of our wins but also an exploration of the importance of hiring help, and more importantly the right help to propel your business forward.

Brand Rebrand: Executed six rebranding projects
Blog Posts: Published 53 blog posts, boosting SEO and social presence.
Newsletters: Delivered 25+ impactful newsletters that kept our clients' audiences informed and engaged.
Marketing Collateral: Designed and produced 10 pieces of essential marketing collateral, including pricing guides, postcards, and welcome guides.
Website Design: Revamped or Designed 3 websites
Digital Workbooks: Produced 25 digital workbooks that empowered our clients' audiences with valuable knowledge and insights.
Digital Presentations: Designed 6 multi-page digital presentations
Email Campaign: Executed a highly successful email digital download campaign, resulting in over 1,000 downloads and boosting our clients' reach to over 1000 subscribers.
Marketing and Support for an Event: Played a pivotal role in marketing and supporting a two-weekend event that generated an impressive $38K+ in revenue.
Culled & Edited Galleries: We culled + edited over 145 photo galleries!!
WOW! I am sure there are other smaller projects and tasks we’ve missed, but this feels pretty damn good! And we still have 3 weeks left of the year!

This year, we have had the privilege of collaborating with 16 forward-thinking small business owners who understood the power of strategic delegation. Often, one of the most daunting challenges for entrepreneurs is the temptation to shoulder the entire burden of their business. Wearing all the hats may seem like the path of least resistance, but it's a path that leads to burnout and limits growth potential.
These visionary business owners recognized that to thrive and scale, they needed to take the crucial step of identifying areas where delegation could unlock greater efficiency. By entrusting us with various aspects of their marketing and digital needs, they discovered that they could focus on what they do best – driving their businesses forward.
We celebrate our collective successes! We recognize the courage and vision of these 16 small business owners who chose not to carry the entire weight of their businesses on their shoulders but instead, joined us in the journey to a balanced business.
As we head into 2024, our encouragement to you is to make space to explore your strengths and energy drains. We acknowledge that we might not be the right fit for everyone, but we know what we excel at, and we will continue to lean into those gifts and support our clients the best way we can!
